Pre-Finance Due Diligence (PFDD)
We have carried out various technical and commercial Due Diligence projects for several blocks in Nigeria, South Sudan, Columbia on behalf of local Nigerian banks, international financial institutions, trading investment company and Private Equity Firms. These are carried out at the pre financing stage which include verification of reserves, development of an economic model based on the economic fiscal terms, the lenders terms sheets and benchmarked costs for the operates activities. This report will form the basis for specific lenders covenants and the loans condition precedent.
Post Disbursement Monitoring (PDM)
After the funds have been disbursed by the lenders, a monthly post-disbursement monitoring study is often carried out in order to validate and monitor the reserves, redevelopment activities, their schedule and associated costs. As part of the report any risks to production, development schedule, evacuation, lifting, regulatory compliance & HSSE would be identified and flagged to the lenders.
Competent Persons Report
PetroVision has generated several Competent Persons Report (CPR) for multiple oil and gas assets. Some of the reports have formed part of documentation published on international stock market listing (e.g. AIM) and assisted the asset owners to obtain additional investment. The clients typically provide subsurface data, surface and facilities data and economic models in order for PetroVision to determine and verify the resource category, resource range and development strategies. Cost review and benchmarking exercises are also carried out in order to build economic model. PetroVision reserves assessment adhere to the industry guidelines e.g. SPE PRMS.
